KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND MAIN DUTIES
Assist
 with the planning and co-ordination of day to day work activities of 
the reception team to maximise efficiency in the department.
Responsible for the production of a departmental team reports and statistics.
To ensure consumer and membership telephone calls are answered promptly and to the required Company standards.
Keep reception, stock room and boardroom tidy achieving expected company health and safety standards.
To monitor the input of reputation report cards input by the data entry team.
To maintain appropriate stock of marketing materials and stationery placing orders when required.
Through
 team meetings, 1 to 1 sessions, coaching and appraisals, ensure the 
Reception Team are motivated and performing their role enthusiastically,
 delivering consistently high standards of communication to all 
contacts.
Plan,
 delegate and oversee work activities of the Reception team to maximise 
department efficiency and ensure the team are focused on the achievement
 of team and individual KPI’s, whilst delivering consistently high 
standards of communication to all contacts.
To recruit, train and develop members of the Reception and data entry team.
Collation
 of the Reception and data entry team’s holidays, and sickness absence 
including carrying out back to work catch ups by the monthly deadline.
The post holder will also be required to perform other reasonable duties at the request of the management team.
