Reception Team Leader

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND MAIN DUTIES

Assist with the planning and co-ordination of day to day work activities of the reception team to maximise efficiency in the department.

Responsible for the production of a departmental team reports and statistics.

To ensure consumer and membership telephone calls are answered promptly and to the required Company standards.

Keep reception, stock room and boardroom tidy achieving expected company health and safety standards.

To monitor the input of reputation report cards input by the data entry team.

To maintain appropriate stock of marketing materials and stationery placing orders when required.

Through team meetings, 1 to 1 sessions, coaching and appraisals, ensure the Reception Team are motivated and performing their role enthusiastically, delivering consistently high standards of communication to all contacts.

Plan, delegate and oversee work activities of the Reception team to maximise department efficiency and ensure the team are focused on the achievement of team and individual KPI’s, whilst delivering consistently high standards of communication to all contacts.

To recruit, train and develop members of the Reception and data entry team.

Collation of the Reception and data entry team’s holidays, and sickness absence including carrying out back to work catch ups by the monthly deadline.

The post holder will also be required to perform other reasonable duties at the request of the management team.

Trainee Nursery Nurse





This is an Apprenticeship. Funding is only available for ages 16-19. And this will be under the modern apprenticeship rate of £2.73
Must have 3 standard grades at level 1-3, including English or equivalent intermediate grades in care. You will work full time in a private nursery working with the children. Some aspects of the role will include observing and recording children’s development, following policies and procedures in keeping children safe, preparation of snacks/lunches for children, personal care of children (toileting/nappy changing), setting up resources and playrooms, working as part of a team and undertaking training as appropriate to the job role. Essential to the role is a real dedication to work with and care for children.
You will undertake a level 3 SVQ in CYP. A timescale of between 1yr-18months will be allocated after which you will be a fully qualified early years educator.

This position involves spraying furniture previous experience is essential good communication and literacy skills working Monday to Friday 07:45 to 16:45. Access to transport is essential due to location.Salary depending on experience.

    • Paint components / products to required time schedules and quality.
    • Prep and de-nib components appropriately for the next stage of finishing when required.
    • Keep dust in the spray area to a minimum.
    • Review any reworks with QC team to establish corrective action and future preventative measures.
    • Make sure all mixed paint is marked on the lid with the mix date before putting away in the storage bins.
    • Health & Safety equipment must be used in accordance with the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policy at all times.  
    • Report immediately any damage or malfunction of equipment to your supervisor.
    • Ensure any deliveries of paint are put away in the stores immediately.

Your main aim will be to carry out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying bins and cleaning wash rooms/toilets, offices and accommodation areas.

Electricians Mate



I am currently recruiting for an experienced Electricians Mate.

You must have an ECS card along with your own tools and experience in the electrical field.

The Job is a Commercial project on a high end Hotel. The job will entail Refurbishing the Hotel doing mainly pulling and earthing. All candidates must have their own PEE aswell as their own basic tools.

The project will require working in a high pressure situation where speed and accuracy is necessary.

We are looking at paying successful candidates £10 p/h working 11 and half hour days Monday to Friday. There is also the opportunity for working weekends where candidates will be paid £2 extra on Saturdays and Time and a Half on Sundays.
