Reception Team Leader

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND MAIN DUTIES

Assist with the planning and co-ordination of day to day work activities of the reception team to maximise efficiency in the department.

Responsible for the production of a departmental team reports and statistics.

To ensure consumer and membership telephone calls are answered promptly and to the required Company standards.

Keep reception, stock room and boardroom tidy achieving expected company health and safety standards.

To monitor the input of reputation report cards input by the data entry team.

To maintain appropriate stock of marketing materials and stationery placing orders when required.

Through team meetings, 1 to 1 sessions, coaching and appraisals, ensure the Reception Team are motivated and performing their role enthusiastically, delivering consistently high standards of communication to all contacts.

Plan, delegate and oversee work activities of the Reception team to maximise department efficiency and ensure the team are focused on the achievement of team and individual KPI’s, whilst delivering consistently high standards of communication to all contacts.

To recruit, train and develop members of the Reception and data entry team.

Collation of the Reception and data entry team’s holidays, and sickness absence including carrying out back to work catch ups by the monthly deadline.

The post holder will also be required to perform other reasonable duties at the request of the management team.

This is an Apprenticeship. Funding is only available for ages 16-19. And this will be under the modern apprenticeship rate of £2.73
Must have 3 standard grades at level 1-3, including English or equivalent intermediate grades in care. You will work full time in a private nursery working with the children. Some aspects of the role will include observing and recording children’s development, following policies and procedures in keeping children safe, preparation of snacks/lunches for children, personal care of children (toileting/nappy changing), setting up resources and playrooms, working as part of a team and undertaking training as appropriate to the job role. Essential to the role is a real dedication to work with and care for children.
You will undertake a level 3 SVQ in CYP. A timescale of between 1yr-18months will be allocated after which you will be a fully qualified early years educator.

    • Report immediately any damage or malfunction of equipment to your supervisor.

The project will require working in a high pressure situation where speed and accuracy is necessary.

Electronic Architect

We are looking for an Electronic Architect to work for our client in Stevenage for an initial 6 months contract. The purpose of this role is to provide an electronic engineering focus on a variety of service and product based work.

1 a) Primary electrical/electronic architecture, including the definition of the processing and data bus requirement, of the system in response to the Weapon System requirement.
2 b) Definition of the electrical interface requirements between the missile and launcher and between the internal equipment.
3 c) Definition and design of the missile power system, establishing the power budgets and ensuring that the overall power consumption is compliant with the budget.

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for defining the optimum electrical architecture for all variants of the munitions ensuring the electrical architecture and interfaces meet requirements.
* Responsible for establishing project Processing and Communications policy and the Earthing and Bonding policy, based on existing Company policies.
* Propose processor choice & operating system choice, in line with Company policies.
* Recommend databus types and routing.
* Responsible for the missile level power system, including power budget, power profiles and surges.
* Responsible for the missile signal safety design, to include routing of safety related signals, rules for signal separations in cable looms and on connector pin outs, plus special features such as dual redundancy.
* Influence missile sub-system interface definition through the definition of the discrete signals and their interfaces.
* Act as main point of contact for all technical issues relating to the avionics' architecture for the missile.
* Responsible for the Telemetry System architecture for the missile.
* Act as RMO, (Head of) for specific electronic subsystems of the missile.
* Responsible for producing Statements of Work and plans for activities within their sphere of responsibility.
* Technically manage internal & external suppliers for delivery of sub-system work packages to time, cost, quality and performance requirements.
* Interface with and manage customer expectations throughout the development process.
* Responsible for controlling any assigned budgets, managing personal workload and identifying any further resource needs.
* Responsible for direct technical supervision of engineers within their team and indirect management of engineers in the extended project team.

Skills and Knowledge:
* Educated ideally to degree level or equivalent, with substantial proven ability of electrical and electronic engineering, including:

1 Digital electronics & microprocessor systems.
